Just a fast hello and also to thank you for discussing your ideas on this page. I wound up on your blog after researching physical fitness associated items on Yahoo… guess I lost track of what I had been performing! Anyway I’ll be back once more in the future to check out your blogposts down the road. Thanks!

Ben,
Try using the top lock to sleep the screen and turning 3G off. On a full charge, you should get 5 hours+ of battery life if you follow these tips.

As I'm training for ultramarathons I need to be doing runs over around three to four hours. The battery life on the iphone using Runkeeper drains so quickly as the screen light is on all the time -do you think a future upgrade may take this into account and reduce it to say 10% power?

Hi Jason,

Great work on the new version, the new UI looks and feels great !!! My only issue is the activity list seems to slow down when there are heaps of activities, though the are not that easy to remove - it would be great if you implimented something akin to the Mail / SMS UI where you can delete activities inline wthout opening them up (once you have the full activity details back that is)...

Once again, great work - keep it up...

thanks

Hi Jason,

so to me it looks like runkeeper actually won the mashable-award:
http://mashable.com/2009/12/16/open-web-awards-2009-50-winners/
Wouldn´t this be worth some mentioning?

Keep up the good work,
S.

Hi,

Very happy with new version, just a few recommendations. A calendar of all activity would be great where you can see when you have had sessions and what distance you have covered. You would then be able to drill down from the calendar view.

Also under Activity history you used to have a quick view of the distance covered. This is no longer there but really liked having a quick view instead of going back into the activity to see.
