When do people around the world get their steps in? Breeze has got the answer!

We think our newest app Breeze, the smart companion that highlights your daily routines and helps you move more, is awesome for a lot of reasons. Not only does it encourage you to be more active, but it learns a lot about you and your routines in the process. We’ve been excited to dig into that data on a broad scale, and now, we’re introducing our first interactive data visualization looking into how people move!

Specifically, we looked at the habits of countries with the highest concentration of Breeze users to find out which nations are the most active, who’s waking up the earliest, and how late everyone is staying up. On a surprising note, the countries that are up the longest aren’t necessarily getting the most steps in.

Head to data.runkeeper.com to check out the rest of our findings and see how your nation stacks up. And be sure to download Breeze for iPhone 5s if you don’t have it yet!
